Your generous contributions make it possible for Positive Resource Center to provide essential services to people living with or at risk for HIV and AIDS. There are many ways to support our work: from cash donations, to volunteering to shopping at Safeway.

Direct Support Options

  • Donate to PRC Directly

    You can donate to PRC online using your credit card

    You can also make a donation directly to Positive Resource Center by mail. Use this form to pay by check or charge a donation using your credit card.

  • Support PRC through your United Way Contributions

    Many companies participate in the United Way Program and you can designate PRC as the beneficiary. Contact your company's Human Resources Department for information about its United Way Program.

  • Employee Matching Program

    Many companies will match their employees' contributions to Positive Resource Center. Contact your company's Human Resources Department for information about its matching gift program. Here is a partial list of US-based corporations that will match employee contributions to Positive Resources.

  • Attend Special PRC Events

    Purchase tickets to special events benefiting PRC or host your own fundraiser for us.

  • Donate items for auction

    Donate items to be used as auction and raffle prizes at events such as PRC's Annual Gala and Silent Auction

  • Volunteer

    Serve as a PRC volunteer to help us organize events.

    Simple and convenient!

    It is as easy as 1,2,3. Just sign up your Safeway Club Card and every time you use it in California or Nevada, Positive Resource Center will receive a donation with no cost to you. For additional information or to sign up please visit the eScrip website at www.eScrip.com or call PRC at 415-972-0840 . If you register online, the group ID number for PRC is 137116913. Several other local grocers and merchants, such as Whole Foods also participate in the program. Just sign up. There's nothing else you need to do - the eScrip program is automatic. PRC can receive hundreds of dollars from your participation alone!

  • Shop At Under One Roof

    Under One Roof exists to raise money for people with AIDS. Every penny of profit goes to AIDS organizations, including Positive Resource Center. Visit Under One Roof's store located at 549 Castro Street in San Francisco. Or visit their website at www.underoneroof.org.

  • Donate Used Stuff To The Community Thrift Store

    Donate your used clothing, furniture and other items to the Community Thrift Store, and designate Positive Resource Center as the beneficiary of the sale proceeds. Call Community Thrift Store at 415.861.4910 to get details about donation drop-off times. The store is located at 625 Valencia Street in San Francisco.

  • Donate Your Used Car

    Do you have an old car sitting around that you don't use? Donate your vehicle to Volunteers Of America and designate Positive Resource Center as the beneficiary. Please call 510-567-1114 to donate your car.
