CASE: Clark v Astrue -- SSA Posts Instructions to ALJs on Clark v Astrue (added 7/7/2011)

Under a new social security regulation which stemmed from the court case Clark v. Astrue, if your SSI and/or SSDI benefits were suspended solely due to a probation or parole warrant, you may be entitled to have your benefits reinstated now. If you were not allowed to file a disability claim due to a probation or parole warrant, you may be able to apply now.
