The Agency has two distinct programs that provide client services: the legal Benefits Counseling Program and the Employment Services Program. The staff of each program provides expertise within their respective area only. Each program has separate intake procedures and eligibility criteria.
Information from the Employment Services Program or PRC, including all written materials or communications, is not legal advice.
Representation from the Benefits Counseling Program may only begin after general eligibility criteria and absence of a conflict of interest has been determined, a Retainer Agreement defining the scope of services and limitation of representation is discussed and signed, and Conflict Disclosures and Waiver Agreements are discussed and signed.
